Court-Martial Charges for Drugs

At least seven cadets are facing the possibility of court-martial charges for allegedly distributing and using drugs.  The charges involve the wrongful distribution and use of cocaine, oxycodone, oxymorphone and alprazolam.

The seven cadets will each be detailed a military defense counsel to represent them during their case.  The cadets will also have the option of retaining civilian defense counsel at no expense to the government.  Once the investigation is complete, the command will make a determination whether the offense should go forward as a court-martial or be dealt with through some other administrative action.

Soldiers facing a court-martial or some other administrative action should consider retaining a civilian defense counsel.  The Law Offices of David E. Coombs is an Army only military defense firm.  It was established to provide exceptional legal counsel, service, and representation exclusively to Army Soldiers.  The firm is the only one in the country to specialize in Army defense.  If you or someone you love is facing a court-martial or an adverse administrative action in the United States Army, you have come to the right place.
